What exactly am I buying?+
A made-to-order artwork of the sky as it actually looked at sunset on one specific date, at one specific set of coordinates you choose on the map. The coordinates and the date are printed on the piece. It is sold as a gallery-wrapped stretched canvas in six sizes, or as a 10.16 × 15.24 cm matte art postcard.
How do you know what the sky looked like on that date?+
Two data sources are combined for your exact coordinates and date: the astronomical solar position (sun altitude and azimuth through the sunset minute by minute) and the recorded historical weather at that hour — cloud cover at low and high altitude, plus humidity — from the Open-Meteo archive. Those values drive the colour gradient, so the result is a reconstruction from measured data, not a filter or preset.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?+
Shipping is calculated per format and destination, starting at €7.95 for a canvas inside Spain and €4.95 for a postcard. Canvases ship tracked and insured: 2–4 business days in Spain, 3–6 days in the EU, 4–9 days in the US and Canada, 6–13 days for the rest of the world. Delivery is available to 38 countries.
Can I order the postcard instead of a canvas?+
Yes. The postcard is €6.00 plus postage — the same reconstructed sky, the same coordinates and date, printed on a 10.16 × 15.24 cm matte art card and posted flat. It is the inexpensive way to send the evening to someone, or to test the idea before buying a canvas.
How is it made and how long does it last?+
Canvases are printed on 400gsm cotton canvas with pigment inks, hand-stretched over a solid wood stretcher frame with gallery-wrapped edges, and produced locally in the buyer's region. Postcards are printed on 350gsm matte art card.
Can I return it?+
Each piece is personalised to your coordinates and date, so the statutory 14-day EU withdrawal right does not apply (Article 103(c) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). We still offer a voluntary 30-day guarantee: if the print arrives damaged or does not match your order, we replace or refund it.
